Honduras: Vozz Honduras
VOZZ is a citizen journalism election training project – it was implemented during Guatemala’s election in 2011 and El Salvador’s municipal election in 2012. Vozz will be launched in Honduras during its national elections in November 2013. The project’s goal is to teach electoral processes, reporting skills, the use of digital reporting tools, and self-publication on the Vozz HN website. We seek funding for two Training of Trainers “bootcamps”.
Ukraine: Visualization of Local Internet Media
The project’s aim is to increase the capacity of local communities from Chernihiv region in promoting of their informative products through their visualization. The project will be implemented in two stages. Educational: preparation and holding of the seminar “Infographics in the Internet” (3 days). Practical: promotion of informative products in Internet with a help of infographics, creating by the participants (3 months); summarize.
Zimbabwe: A social network for Zimbabwean voters
A social network that: – Connect voters with politicians and other voters for the purpose of equipping voters with information that will help them decide whom to vote for. – Helps young people encourage their peers to register to go and vote – Makes it easy to for new and unknown politicians to sell their manifesto
Bangladesh: Voter Education through Social Networking in Bangladesh
Voter Education for election since this year the elections will take place in Bangladesh, our organisation have a good working experience for election monitoring, Public Awareness and Voter Education and we have a plans for this election monitoring and voter education. We want to organize international day events linked with the election especially women participation. Women Member of Parliament will selected through direct election.
