thanks for your affirmation and ideas! i think what you say about getting tech experts is a good way to think about capacity building in terms of our digital challenges.

		<description>you have made amazing achievements in your community and even if there are still many challenges, your project is still one of the most promising in terms of citizen journalism.
Maybe you can reach to Indian Tech communities in your town to get help and maybe volunteering. Narijibon and Uruguay did the same by inviting bloggers with experiences or developers to help them with techincal difficulties. 
The Barcamp experience was for Foko bloggers the best way to train in 12hours both their reporting and computer skills.
