Possible challenges when starting a citizen media project

Even with the mastery of citizen media tools and with relevant and interesting content, citizen media projects and new users may run into challenges. Perhaps a new blogger become frustrated with slow internet connections or finding that very few people comment on his or her work. This may lead to a lack of motivation to keep going with the tools that he or she learned, even though there still is a lot to be written.
