I really don't know how you guys have accomplished so much with so few resources. Virginio Sandy's comments are just one testimony of the many lives and communities that VB has touched. This blog post makes it very clear that Voces Bolivianas has reached the stage of scaling up and becoming a formal organization with local ownership and administration. In doing so, I think that you will become a model to follow Rising Voices grantees who are considering scaling their projects up into formal organizations to continue their outreach work. That would probably be a good talk for the IRC chat that was proposed a few weeks ago. Thanks for this valuable update Eddie.
